This is our understanding of how the Universe works to help people heal themselves. Introductory Apprentice Lecture Listen to the Introductory Apprentice Lecture While you're learning and practicing the Essene Blessing Walk and the Essene Healing Breath, we encourage you to learn and practice the Essene Healing Hands technique. The technique is different from several other energy healing techniques in that once the healing energy starts flowing, we remove ourselves from the equation. The healing energy continues to flow where we sent it and we go about our life. By combining this technique with our daily Essene Blessing Walk, we're able to help others heal themselves and help heal the plants, animals and minerals that come into our awareness as we bless them. The Modern Essenes believe we can accommodate individual differences by providing a number of applied kinesiology techniques to allow each person find a technique that works for them. The fifth technique used by Apprentice Essene Healers is called Essene Foot Reflexology. Massage therapists and professional reflexologists will appreciate both the simplicity and power of this technique. We can use Essene Foot Reflexology to help us heal ourselves. It's easy to teach to others so they can help heal themselves using their feet. We demonstrate on our feet while they learn to use the technique themselves. Listen to the Foot Reflexology Recording Here's a list of the five techniques you'll be asked to learn as a Candidate to become an Apprentice Essene Healer: As a Candidate to become Apprentice Essene Healer your first task will be to activate your Healing Hands of Love every morning. We suggest doing this as a ritual. We suggest performing a Sphere of Protection ritual of some kind first to protect yourself from both astral and psychic attacks as well as protecting yourself from the diseases, illnesses, emotional and psychological issues of your clients. Your second task is to perform the Essene Healing Breath at least once each day. We suggest two separate sessions of twenty minutes each session, but at least one daily session is necessary to reach your goal of receiving your attunement within thirty days. Do the best you can and you will be ready to receive your attunement when you complete about sixty Essene Healing Breath Medications of fifteen to twenty minutes each. Your third task is to spend about fifteen minutes one day each week to perform Essene Foot Reflexology on yourself. As you do reflexology with your own feet on a weekly basis, you'll begin to get some insights into the health and nutrition needs of your own body and you will find it helpful to act on these insights. Your fourth task is to prepare yourself for your attunement. To do that, you'll need to study the following lectures:
